Leadership Dashboard

AdminLeadership

The Leadership Dashboard provides an executive-level view of operational health across all active events. It is designed for organizational leaders who need a quick, high-level understanding of staffing progress, caregiver engagement, and upcoming milestones without navigating into individual event details.

Accessing the Dashboard

Navigate to Analytics > Leadership Dashboard. The dashboard loads with the current day's data and a default view of all active events.

note

The Leadership Dashboard is available to users with the Leadership or Admin role. Schedulers and other roles do not have access to this view. If you need access, contact your system administrator.

Dashboard Layout

The dashboard uses a widget-based layout organized into three tiers:

+-------------------------------------------------------------------+
| KPI Summary Bar |
+-------------------------------------------------------------------+
| Active Events | Confirmed | Fill Rate | Survey Response |
| Widget | Caregivers | Widget | Widget |
| | Widget | | |
+-------------------------------------------------------------------+
| Upcoming Arrivals Widget | Recent Activity Widget |
+-------------------------------------------------------------------+

Each widget is self-contained, displaying a primary metric with supporting detail and trend indicators.

KPI Summary Bar

The KPI Summary Bar spans the top of the dashboard and displays four headline metrics at a glance:

KPIDescriptionCalculation
Active EventsThe number of events currently in Active or Planning status.Count of events where status is Active or Planning.
Total Confirmed CaregiversThe aggregate number of caregivers with a Confirmed status across all active events.Sum of confirmed caregivers across all active events.
Overall Fill RateThe organization-wide percentage of required positions that have been filled with confirmed caregivers.Total Confirmed / Total Required across all active events.
Survey Response RateThe overall percentage of sent surveys that have been completed across all active campaigns.Total Completed Surveys / Total Sent Surveys.

Each KPI card includes:

  • Primary value -- The current number or percentage, displayed prominently.
  • Trend indicator -- An arrow and percentage showing the change from the previous period (default: previous 7 days).
  • Sparkline -- A small trend chart showing the metric's movement over the last 30 days.
tip

Use the trend indicators to quickly identify areas that need attention. A declining fill rate or survey response rate is an early warning signal that may require intervention before it becomes a larger staffing gap.
