The HCSS Events Management Platform is a comprehensive healthcare staffing solution purpose-built for managing strike events and rapid-response workforce deployments. It streamlines the entire lifecycle of a staffing event -- from initial planning through candidate recruitment, travel coordination, on-site operations, and post-event reporting.

Who Is This Platform For?

The platform serves healthcare staffing organizations that need to rapidly mobilize qualified caregivers during labor disputes, natural disasters, or other critical staffing shortages. The platform supports six distinct roles, each tailored to a specific function within the staffing operation:

What Can You Do?

Plan and Launch Events

Create strike events with detailed facility information, shift requirements, and staffing targets. Move events through a structured lifecycle from Draft to Active to Completed.

Recruit and Manage Candidates

Import caregiver databases, build candidate pools for specific events, and track each candidate through the recruitment funnel -- from initial contact to confirmed deployment.

Coordinate Travel and Logistics

Book flights, hotels, and ground transportation. Handle change requests and cancellations. Send pre-arrival instructions so caregivers know exactly what to expect.

Track On-Site Operations

Monitor arrivals and orientation completion. Verify credentials and compliance documents. Track daily work assignments and hours throughout the event.

Send and Manage LOUs (Letters of Understanding)

Generate and send Letters of Understanding to candidates via email campaigns. Track viewing, signing, and acceptance in real time.

Survey and Communicate

Deploy surveys to candidates and caregivers at any point in the process. Use general survey campaigns for broader communication needs and referral tracking.

Ensure Compliance

Create compliance document templates, assemble packets, and send them for e-signature. Maintain a complete audit trail of all compliance activities.

Analyze and Report

Access real-time analytics dashboards covering fill rates, deployment metrics, and operational KPIs. Export data for external reporting needs.
